Featuring three large opening windows and half glazed double doors, the interior is bright, airy and welcoming. We glaze the windows and doors with high strength SAN styrene, a safe and shatterproof alternative to glass.
This modern log cabin is constructed using high quality, 19mm, Baltic pine log boards that interlock each other to form rigid and strong panels. The interlocking system creates a weatherproof and heat retaining structure, meaning you can use this log cabin all year around! The roof and floor are constructed with hard wearing tongue and groove boards to form a robust and long lasting finish. High quality roofing felt is provided to cover the roof, to protect the building from the elements.
We supply antique style handles and hinges as well as lock and key for the door, to keep your building secure when not in use. This log cabin is made using only ethically sourced, FSC® Certified timber and is made here in the UK by our highly skilled team. The cabin is supplied un-treated and will require a coat of high quality timber treatment once installed. The log cabin will be delivered as individual tongue and groove timber lengths and should be constructed on a firm and level base.
At Mercia we like to make the shed buying process as stress-free as possible, that's why we offer a professional and efficient Installation service across a wide range of our garden products, including sheds, summerhouses, greenhouses, playhouses, log cabins and insulated garden rooms. So you can sit back, relax and let our expert fitters take care of everything.
Once you have purchased our Installation service, our helpful customer service team will send you all the necessary information on how to prepare your garden for the installation. Before we arrange the installation we must ensure you have a firm, level base with a minimum of 60 cm space surrounding, for our installers to assemble your garden building upon and ensure they leave you with a building fit for many years of service. Once confirmed we will arrange a date that best suits you.
Installation will take place on the same day as the delivery of your building. Our friendly team will keep in contact and you'll be given a 2-hour delivery slot, meaning there is no need for you to wait in all day. Our expert fitters are fully trained and will work professionally, carefully and quickly to ensure that your new garden building is constructed safely and to the highest standard in your chosen location.
Once completed, our team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to unwind and enjoy your brand new garden building.
