Home Delivery
We offer a fast, free and reliable home delivery service with every order to most UK postcodes. With the ability to pick-a-day that suits you and your schedule, there's no need wait around for days on end.
Our friendly and punctual delivery drivers will deliver your building within 7 - 10 working days of purchase at the front of your property. All of our products are delivered flat packed, to ensure it is easy for you to move the product from the delivery location to the build site.
On the day of delivery you'll be given a two hour delivery slot and our driver will keep in contact with you, so you can make the most of your day.
Installation Service
Sit back and let us do the hard work! Our installation service is designed to not only save you valuable time but also take the work of moving and constructing the building off your shoulders. Our fully trained, expert fitters work professionally and carefully to ensure that your new garden building is constructed safely and to the highest industry standards.
And don't worry, we make sure to clean up afterwards, taking away excess packaging and leaving you to enjoy your new building.
Ready Painted Service
Treating your new garden building is crucial in maximising its longevity. We do understand however that this can be a time consuming task, especially when all you want to do is sit back and enjoy your new space.
Here at Mercia, we offer an industry-leading ready painted service. All you have to do is choose from one of our six colours. We'll then prepare your building for painting, get it painted in the colour of your choice and have it packed up, ready for delivery.
You could even combine our ready painted service with our home installation service for total peace of mind.

The MGP Portal is a customer exclusive, user friendly portal. Here you can schedule and track delivery, update details and check your order as well as have quick and easy contact with our customer service team. Should you require additional copies of your instructions or need some extra guidance, we store all of our how-to and help guides here as well as our instruction library.

Guarantees
As standard, we offer a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee on our entire range.
We offer a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on all of our dip treated buildings. All that's required is that you treat the building with a preservative and waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
On our pressure treated buildings we offer a 15 year anti-rot guarantee. All that is required is that you treat the building with a waterproof treatment once installed and annually thereafter.
