Fantastic service and product. Neil the delivery driver is a credit to the company, such a lovely man and left all the summerhouse neatly on our drive so that the windows were kept safe. This is an excellent playhouse and highly recommended. Although a few parts were missing. Mercia were outstanding with their customer service and product replacement. I could not fault the playhouse or Mercia at all and highly recommend both.
