This Swiss Cottage has been designed with safety in mind, as it is EN71 Certified and UKCA Marked. To ensure safe play this playhouse benefits from many safety features. Including ladder treads to avoid slipping and rounded timbers to prevent splinters. This means both you and your child can enjoy hours of outdoor play.
This structure is constructed using ethically sourced FSC® certified timber. Where premium interlocking Shiplap boards are fixed to strong internal framing. Creating a building that is robust and weather-resistant. Solid Sheet Boards form the roof and floor of this playhouse. The perfect material for withstanding the rough and tumbles of daily play.
Robust fixtures and fittings and high-grade mineral felt are supplied as standard with this playhouse. Alongside, our detailed product instructions and Manufacturer’s Recommendations. This is to ensure a stress-free and simple build.
Our entire playhouse range benefits from our 10 year Anti-rot Guarantee. You will just need to treat your garden building annually with a high-quality wood preservative and a waterproof topcoat. Then your guarantee will be good to go. Leaving your building looking great and able to stand the test of time.
At Mercia we like to make the shed buying process as stress-free as possible, that's why we offer a professional and efficient Installation service across a wide range of our garden products, including sheds, summerhouses, greenhouses, playhouses, log cabins and insulated garden rooms. So you can sit back, relax and let our expert fitters take care of everything.
Once you have purchased our Installation service, our helpful customer service team will send you all the necessary information on how to prepare your garden for the installation. Before we arrange the installation we must ensure you have a firm, level base with a minimum of 60 cm space surrounding, for our installers to assemble your garden building upon and ensure they leave you with a building fit for many years of service. Once confirmed we will arrange a date that best suits you.
Installation will take place on the same day as the delivery of your building. Our friendly team will keep in contact and you'll be given a 2-hour delivery slot, meaning there is no need for you to wait in all day. Our expert fitters are fully trained and will work professionally, carefully and quickly to ensure that your new garden building is constructed safely and to the highest standard in your chosen location.
Once completed, our team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to unwind and enjoy your brand new garden building.
