  • Q. When will my order be delivered?

    • A. You'll see the estimated delivery lead time at the bottom of the Product Information table on the product page.

  • Q. Can I specify a delivery date?

    • A. After the order is placed a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange delivery, you will be able to choose a day.

  • Q. What time will my order arrive?

    • A. You will receive an email and/or SMS the morning of your scheduled delivery with an estimated two hour time slot. Delivery takes place between 7am - 7pm. During busy seasons, deliveries can take a little longer, however we always strive to meet our delivery times and work hard to keep delays to a minimum.


  • Q. I have not received my delivery?


  • Q. Do you deliver to my work place?

    • A. No, due to the size of most of our products, and the delivery times (between 7am - 7pm) we are unable to offer this service
